2026 Park Planning and Maintenance Academy

Monday, August 3rd - 6 pm - Reception/Check-In

Program begins Tuesday, August 4th - 7:30 am

through Thursday, August 6th - 1 pm


Full Conference registration includes the Monday night welcome reception, all educational sessions, bus tours and three (3) lunches.


Room and board is not included in the registration fee. Please visit www.swprti.org/ppma for the link to the discounted hotel rate and room block.  Breakfast is included with your hotel stay at the Hilton-Doubletree in Aurora, CO.

If flying, please book your Thursday flight later in the day in order to participate in the banquet luncheon on Thursday from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. 

Year 2 participants will receive their certificate at the banquet.

Dinner meals are on your own in the evenings
